General Guidelines
- Abstract submission is open to all registered delegates.
- Last date of abstract submission is 30th of september
- Abstract can be submitted under 3 categories:
1)Award paper
2)Free paper
3)e-poster - You may submit more than one abstract in each category. But maximum of only one free paper/ award paper would be accepted per delegate for oral presentation
- The scientific committee reserve the discretion to change the category of award/free paper into e-Poster.
- Acceptance or rejection of paper will be conveyed by email two weeks after the last date of submission.
- Usage of authors, institutions, city names, trademarks, special symbols, characters and uncommon abbreviations in the title are prohibited.
Free Paper and Award Paper Format
- All abstracts must be submitted in English using UK English with accurate grammar and spelling. The abstract should be in a Times new roman with 12 size font. The text line spacing should be 1.5.
- Abstracts must contain original matter neither published nor presented elsewhere prior. (in print or electronically).
- Single case report will be considered as e poster.
- Only original research studies or large case series (> 6 Cases) shall be considered for Award Paper
- The abstract must contain AIMS & OBJECTIVES, METHODS, RESULTS & CONCLUSION.
- Comments like “Results will be discussed” will not be accepted.
- Structure of the abstract for case reports and case series should be: Introduction, Objectives, Case history, Discussion, Conclusion.
- Word limit of the abstract is 250 words. (Excluding title, Keywords and conflict of interest declaration).
- Refrain from using graphs, figures, tables or references in the abstract.
